SME sector ? The World of Opportunities
The SME sector in India is in the throes of rapid development. The growth rate of the sector far exceeds the average industrial growth rate. One the one hand, competition from abroad which is popularly called globalisation, has made small and medium-sized units upgrade their technology, marketing skills and efforts as well as customer relations, even while problems of financing, infrastructure and inspector raj bog them down.
